Client reviews

“I was really looking for a starting point, as I was feeling a bit lost swimming in possibilities.  Having you come to review & suggest ideas made the starting point more clear - so thank you for that!  There are still many possibilities but at least now we can start building a picture in our heads & go from there.
Thank you again for your expert suggestions.” - Tanya

“Kristine has been amazing to work with! She has a fantastic eye for detail and can transform a room within minutes. Her manner is very humble and she is a pleasure to work with. I would partner with her again anytime as I believe her unique skill set is invaluable in making any home look its best.” - Holly
“Kristy was highly recommended to us by our realtor for house staging services and we were not disappointed. Kristy made us feel comfortable from the moment she arrived in our home with her bubbly and friendly personality. Kristy's keen eye for decorating was apparent from her first suggestions of how to use our own furnishing and accessories to make our home more inviting to potential buyers, and what a difference it made! She is truly an artist. It was amazing to see her move, and/or group 2 or 3 items or furniture pieces and see how the room took on a completely new look and feel.  She suggested adding a few simple accessories like draperies, pillows, and area carpets in specific areas and again, wow what a difference. Kristy made it clear that she was here to give us ideas and suggestions but it was up to us as to what direction we wanted to go.
We took Kristy's professional advice and have now sold our home.” - Randy and Sandra
“Kristy is amazing.
She is one of those people who can just toss a throw blanket on a bed and it suddenly looks awesome! Kristy came and worked with me to “stage” my home for sale. She pretty much only used things I already owned (and I don’t have a  lot of knick-knacks to choose from!) and rearranged my furniture, paintings and “stuff” in a way that made every room look incredible. The end result was a beautiful home that we could still actually live in, and a
same day listing sale.”

A few examples

This wonderful couple had many beautiful things but needed help editing and highlighting the homes most impressive features. We also addressed traffic flow and gave a lot of consideration to the lines of sight for the purpose of taking great photos for the listing. It sold in one day for over list price.

I was brought into this project after the home was listed for a while. These clients had a very large beautiful home but didn’t know how to make it feel warm and inviting. We edited some personal items and rearranged furniture to give each space a purpose and for more intimate conversation areas. I did some shopping for them and they were able to install the new drapes themselves. Very soon after, they received and offer and sold the house.

Here, we moved items from around the house and gave this space a purpose.

The stain on the built-in cabinetry was just too dark and “bossy”. By painting them out the same as the new wall color, they feel as if they belong and play nicely with the rest of the room. The desk was given a more useful purpose since it is in the living room. We added wine cubbies and a butcher block top to match the new island (not seen) and changed the hardware.
